This course is a 4 week course designed to help you access your own compassionate heart, bring some light back into your life, and begin to live with the simplicity and strength of mindfulness.
Compassion is inherent to mindfulness and this course is designed to help you draw on it for yourself and those around you. I created this course as a more accessible option for those interested in mindfulness but not able to commit to the 8 Week MBSR.
