“Just watch this moment, without trying to change it at all. What is happening? What do you feel? What do you see? What do you hear?”

Alongside my psychotherapy practice I offer short courses in mindfulness, and meditation, please see below for more details.

Mindfulness can be a great starting point to your journey of self-compassion.

We meet online for 60 minutes, for 4 weeks. The course is suitable to do alone, or alongside friends and family.

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS…

Known by the buddhists and the mystics then adopted by the scientists, mindfulness is very simple. It is learning to come into awareness of the present moment, just as it is. Discovering the rich reality of your life moment by moment. Letting go gently of your stories, your judgements, and finding gratitude and joy. It takes practice but its rewards begin from the first step.

Along the way, you will rediscover your childhood senses, learn to live in each moment, seeing things as they are, and begin to navigate your life with a better sense of connection, ease, and joy.

What does mindfulness mean to me?

JOY - STRENGTH - COMPASSION - EMPATHY - PEACE - LIFE
